They are looking for their first data hire into the team, this role will feed directly into the director level and is an opportunity to own their Data Warehouse focusing on customer and behavioral data to identify patterns and provide insights to improve all elements of the business.<br><br> The business is already hugely successful with a strong foothold in the luxury eyecare business. With online and high street presence, combined with their innovative approach and approach to technology, they are primed for further growth and success.<br><br> <strong>The role</strong><br><br><ul><li>You will be responsible for data analytics, insights, and reporting across the business.</li><li>Managing the delivery, maintenance, and accuracy of all relevant reporting of data.</li><li>Lead data analysis and research projects, working closely with Senior Management to understand opportunities and analysis of our product, customers and brand.</li><li>Maintenance and configuration of our data warehouse and BI systems.</li><li>Reviewing, analysing and modifying data including presenting in readable and required formats for users to make strategic decisions.</li></ul><strong>Who You Are</strong><br><br><ul><li>Highly numerical and smart with advanced excel skills.</li><li>Curious and inquisitive by nature - loves using data to solve problems.</li><li>Excellent analysis skills, with practical working knowledge of databases and data manipulation.</li><li>Proficient with Python, SQL and AWS.</li><li>An adept communicator, able to distil sometimes complicated information into simple and clear guidance to a broad audience..</li><li>Proven experience with increasing efficiency through process improvement identified in data analysis.</li></ul><strong> </strong><br><br> <strong>What’s in it for you</strong><br><br> Complementary Spectacles<br><br> Personalised training and development with access to the YCN platform<br><br> Yoga class and lots of company socials, plus many more.
