I am currently working with a globally renowned innovation consultancy who need a smart Service Designer to take the lead on a project improving colleague experience within a key Financial Services client.
You'll firstly come in and understand where the existing 4 person team are against their strategic ambitions. By working closely with senior stakeholders and understanding existing capabilities, you'll then help to create a realistic roadmap. This is not a purely conceptual project, and you will take the lead on implementing this roadmap and make it happen across digital and offline channels. As such, while this is an initial 6 month role - it has the scope to extend into a much larger piece where something big can be successfully implemented and achieved within the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Consultancy / agency experience
- Experience of working with senior stakeholders
- Experience of leading and managing a design team
- The ability to work at a strategic level as well as being able to get your hands
