My client is a digital studio which sits within a tech-driven consultancy who are focussing on building out a best in class team. They are part of a large global business who deliver tech solutions to their clients with a specialism in enterprise rather than consumer-level products.
In terms of the work, they are tech and sector agnostic so you can expect a real variety of projects ranging from a 1-2 months up to a year. There are looking to grow significantly in the new year with there currently being 6 in the UX team at the moment. .
The role would be a blend of hands-on UX research and design, being client-facing, getting involved in strategy and growning and managing a team.
The right candidate would ideally have an agency or consultancy background with plenty of client-facing experience and commercial acumen.
There will be some travel involved this is mostly London-based within the M25 but occasionally further afield dependent on client location.

- Extensive client-facing experience
- Experience with enterprise/employee experience products is a major bonus
- A polished UX portfolio demonstrating UX process in clear case studies
- Experience managing a team
