Futureheads have partnered with a FinTech business that specialises in providing an alternative approach to financial services that is grounded in customer knowledge. This is an exciting time to join the company, as they are currently amidst a company wide digital transformation that is revolutionising the way they deliver their products. 

They are looking for a Product Owner that can take ownership over the entire credit applications process end-to-end. A strong customer-facing Product Owner with a good technical understanding of APIs would be ideal for this role.

Senior Product Manager responsibilities:

  • Delivering against agreed product roadmap with clear understanding of business requirements and KPIs
  • Creating, prioritising and managing the Digital Product Backlog that is to be completed by the dev team that is fed in from all areas of the business. This digital backlog needs to be prioritised according to business value
  • Actively involved in daily scrums, sprint planning meetings, sprint review ceremonies and retrospectives
  • Working closely with key stakeholders throughout the business including the Scrum Team, Legal and Compliance, the wider Marketing team and Commercial teams where appropriate to ensure alignment and sign-off of all solutions
  • Ability to interpret and communicate everything down into the dev team correctly as well as aligning the delivery schedule and calling out risks and issues that impact the quality of the delivery
  • Identifying opportunities for delivering projects in an efficient and effective manner
  • Impact assessing all business change requests which have a Digital Impact to ensure requirements are understood, estimated correctly and planned effectively with the development team
