Service and UX Designer
- Contract type
- London + WFH
I am working with a legal disruptor who are shaking up centuries’ old services and processes, making them the most digitally focused and user centric legal organisation in the country. They are seeking a smart candidate who will be able to blend Service Design, UX Design and a little bit of Content Design to make an instant impact on their products and services. If you’re wanting to see things through to implementation – this is the one for you!
This established and well-funded start up are innovating in the legal space, using Service, UX and Content Design to create products and services that automate and simplify the bloated, jargon filled processes that slow down the judiciary process. In turn, this will allow users to understand what they are doing and where they are in their justice seeking processes and on the other side of the service – allows legal professionals to do their actual jobs and escape drowning in admin.
You will break down processes, understand interactions, prototype services and deploy them to existing cases and users, receiving instant feedback and insight that can be fed back in to design.
The team are tight knit and work in an Agile collaborative environment and most of all are good people. With that comes the maturity to trust each other.
As such, every employee works a minimum of one day a week from home and there is a flat structure within the organisation – they trust in each other to make the right decisions.
This is a great opportunity to have a big impact at a start-up at an exciting point of their lifecycle and develop your Service Design skills. If this is of interest to you, please get in touch ASAP at email@example.com !
