A Performance Campaign Specialist is needed for a niche online brand, aimed at the Gen Z audience demographic.   The ideal candidate will be a commercially minded campaign specialist, with a strong operational background across performance and programmatic platforms.  The Performance Campaign Specialist will be responsible for end to end campaign delivery, optimization and reporting.

Key responsibilities:-
• Own the implementation, tracking, optimization and measurement of all USA performance campaigns
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of various platforms and campaign strategies and propose any actions
• Daily campaign pulse checks of bid rates, as well as collect data and provide insights to evaluate existing campaigns
• Develop, implement and test strategies for performance campaigns across all channels – Instagram, Snapchat, Facebook, Good Ads, YouTube, etc
• Own the creation and distribution of campaign performance reports and delivery industry  leading post campaign insights

Must haves:-
• 2 years+ experience as a Performance Campaign Specialist across multiple channels and platforms with an online brand
• Strong understanding of the programmatic landscape – Ad Exchanges, Ad Networks, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs and Agency Trading Desks
• Knowledge of social media campaign management as well as Google Ads and/or Google Display.  Video 360 is a plus
• Demonstrable experience with performance campaign optimization tactics, proactively using to information to improve partner performance
• Have the ability to analyse data to assess the success of campaigns and produce insights/actions
• A strong interest in digital content and brand activity
