In a twist on the usual format, the IxDA team brought together a selection of videos that showcased new technologies, design methods and concepts. Then they opened the floor to discuss the opportunities or limitations of these innovations, including how they might be utilized by other industries, and their potential impact on the future of interaction design.
This month’s UXPA was all about voice. Alexa, Siri, Google Assistant, and various other voice systems are becoming more and more popular, so I was really interested to learn more about the new approaches required for UX research and design in voice first systems.
