User experience

After graduating with a degree in English from Southampton University, Nicole has returned to her native London to get stuck in to the world of recruitment. As an all-round animal lover and cat obsessive, the most important thing in her life is her exotic shorthair cat, Alfie. When she’s not working she can be found at comedy gigs, exploring London’s food markets and pop-ups or at home watching independent films (the weirder the better!). She’s a keen yogi and an aspiring polyglot – German is at the top of her list so watch this space!

They emphasise the importance of listening to customers and being open to continuous change and improvement and how this is linked to success.

Last months’ IxDA event was held at R/GA. Their London offices have recently been redesigned to incorporate connected space design. They unveiled their London office in late 2016 after the successful revamp of their state-of-the-art New York offices.
