Chris has been a part of the London UX space for almost seven years now; it’s the only job he has ever known and he leads our successful UX & service design team with aplomb. Originally from North Yorkshire, Chris is now a London lad, and is loving the various pop-up restaurants and street food stalls that London has to offer. When he’s not finding the cream of UX talent or exploring Leather Lane market, you can find him cheering on his beloved Manchester United, or at one of London’s many venues discovering new music.

2017 in UX and Service Design

This year, several of our clients have expanded their UX teams and are beginning to grow out service design teams where they didn’t exist previously. This, in turn, has fueled growth internally at Futureheads; we now have a team of seven that focus on UX, user research and service design. Here's some of what we've seen this year.
