If you are a first time tech hiring manager or are new to recruiting technical talent for a digital transformation project, you have come to the right place. As technologies advance each year, the tech employment market evolves in response. A new generation, called the millennials, can be seen flourishing amidst these changes and the recruitment industry, employers and candidates have to adapt to keep up and stay relevant.
Here at Futureheads, we work with large brands and well-known digital agencies to help them find tech talent. However, we also work with small start-ups, helping them to make key first hires as well as guiding them through their critical early growth stages. John Muskett, from the Technical team, talks about his experience at Cognifide, a high growth technology business, here.
Working within tech and digital recruitment is often an extremely varied job. From Front End Developers to Agile Project Managers and DevOps Engineers, I’m often working on a number of different briefs at any one time. This is particularly true at Futureheads, where as part of a growing technical team, I am often called on by clients to fill complex and varied briefs.
