Futureheads are currently partnered with a reputable fan-to-fan ticket trading company based in Central London, who are looking for a Java/Full Stack Developer to join their team.

The company have revolutionised the ticketing industry by providing users with a fair, face value or less platform to trade unwanted tickets and events. They are still very much a start-up but launched their new platform in 2015 and have over 300,000 users of their service in the UK alone, with international expansion already in place.

As a team they try not to specialise people, so depending on your skills, experience and interests, you would be able to work on a variety of areas of their system. Their current stack is Java, Spring, CXF, Cassandra, RabbitMQ and Postgres on the backend and AngularJS on the front end, hosted on AWS. They target mobile platforms especially so experience with mobile (native and responsive web) is of great benefit. Agile processes are used to manage their workflow and you will work with the rest of the team to define and implement new tasks.

Team culture and collaboration are key to their success as they expand, so we are looking for sociable and forward-thinking individuals who are keen to advance their careers and try out new things!
